Return/Refund Policy

Please read the product pages carefully, certain items are marked as no refund no exchange. This is due to their limited edition nature, with these items there simply don't exist enough to guarantee a replacement and are sold AS-IS.

For other items that do not have this claim the following apply:

Unopened items: Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis, either in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. The form of refund is up to the stores discretion. Items must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in original condition, the item will be returned to you.

Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we will have to offer you a refund. Due to the quantity we buy in there are usually no replacement items available (if there are we will offer to replace the item). Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items in the USA. International Buyers please contact us to discuss any defecive issues. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.
