The way this will work is as follows:

The Ticket itself is $18.50, this will cover the item cost (a PowerCon ticket) and first class shipping and handling. This does not include the art print.

If the item turns out to be something large that requires a higher shipping cost (basically if it is a figure or weighs more than 1lb) we will invoice you for the shipping difference.

International Orders will be billed actual shipping costs. Once we have the item in hand and can determine the actual cost you will be invoiced for the remaining amount (meaning if the item actually costs $10 you will be invoiced for $6.50).

You cannot cancel this preorder, if we are unable to get the item for whatever reason then you will be refunded the cost.

This item cannot have any coupons, discount vouchers, or gift certificates used towards its purchase.
